Model Answer

All of us dream of a peaceful and joyful life, but often life is upset by the crime and offenders. As a result, the standard of life gets poorer. It is more prevalent in developed nations. There are lots of causes that lead to this problem, and people are described in the next paragraphs in short.

Lack of childhood parental care is among the leading issues for the offense in the developed nations,- believe many social activists. Children exercise violence from their high schools, and it occurs as they lack the right advice and parental care. As parents do not take them to care, they commit different sorts of crime, and there are lots of examples in Europe and the USA in which the young people are found guilty in various crime scenarios — even in murder.

I think discrimination and insecurity direct people to violate the law. When they cannot obtain their rights as they were supposed to be, they attempt taking control of the rights themselves that consequently contributes to criminal activities.

So, solving the problem appears daunting as the issue did not grow overnight. The corrective measures should come from the household. When a child understands about its social responsibilities and how things work, it will act in order. The parents, teachers and other relatives have to take responsibility for children to make them better citizens. The government must make sure that the citizens have access to formal schooling and other individual rights. A combined effort of both individuals and the authorities is required to attack the offense.

In conclusion, a sense of safety ought to be developed among adult individuals feeling threatened by society and thus, they could be avoided from being outlaws. I feel some motivational attempts from authorities might be beneficial in this case in keeping with parental care.
