Everybody wants to maintain perfect health, but it is difficult to acquire this, especially in this modern era with a shifting lifestyle where folks continue being busy a lot of the time. So, adults engage in various sports and pastimes to stay fit and healthy. However, both sport and pastimes have benefits and disadvantages. A short of the matter is discussed below.

To start with, tennis is preferred because of its several benefits. It helps to make the body fit and reduces risks for diseases like diabetes, heart disorders etc. Overall emotional health is also achieved from this sport. But the most significant disadvantage is — tennis isn’t fit for everyone. Adults over 45 are suggested not to take part in tennis. They might be unable to stroke with the hefty racket or may not proceed in the court speedily. In any case, this is a costly sport as well.

Nevertheless, it has some demerits too. Extensive walking may weaken bones. In any case, walking supplies a slow gain. It reduces weight in exchange for longer times. He has been walking for last three months.

Finally, people join clubs for passing leisure hours. It offers recreational functions like playing cards, having a set chat etc. Such occasions create a feeling of relaxation to the club-goers. In fact, a club improves mental faculties. But there aren’t any physical benefits since it’s derived from physical moves.

At the end, I think physical activities should be taken to keep a healthy living and lifestyle. Simply fit, folks can seek out the chance to join a club as they need less physical moves. Anyway, the rest of the people should take sports, however following their physical strength and ability.
