Model Answer

A rapid increment in private-owned automobiles has caused roads to become more congested. If preventative measures are not implemented in time, this might create a problematic situation globally. As vehicles continue to be an inseparable part of human life, both government and individuals should inhabit some measures.

Government plays a vital role in managing vehicles number and dimensions of roads. The government can adopt measures like more effective tax-rate, public awareness programmes, and broader road construction to manage traffic and deter personal vehicles’ rapid growth. Another alternative for this issue is to invite visitors to use public transport by carefully handling routes. Also, small public vehicles may be replaced by larger vehicles, and using public transportation should be remarkably lower than using private vehicles. Finally, implementing more powerful traffic rules may have marked a positive result in minimising the growth rate of private-owned vehicles and managing traffic issues.

Together with the authorities, people also play an essential role in this circumstance. The preventive solution that an individual may apply will be to minimise private-owned vehicles’ usage when not essential. People should use public transportation services as it lessens the problem of street congestion and gasoline use. They allow friends, family, and neighbours to use private-owned vehicles when necessary can be another useful measure. Folks should follow traffic rules rigorously and encourage the authorities to adopt successful solutions.

In conclusion, government and public both should be accountable and occupy necessary practices. The issue can be tackled only if both sides act in their part.
