Q1. Do you often write emails? 
Yes, I write emails every day because it is part of my work. I work in an IT company. 
OR
Yes, I write emails every day because it is part of my work. I work in a school, and I write emails to children’s parents about their children’s study report. 

Q2. Do you keep your emails? 
Yes, I keep all my emails. I sometimes need the same message to forward to another one, and sometimes I keep it as proof.

Q3. What kind of email did you receive recently that made you happy?
Well, I recently complete graduation, but unfortunately, my graduation certificate was misplaced, so I sent an email to the university to reissue my certificate. The university sends a mail that the certificate will be issued within a week that made me happy. 

Q4. Do you think it is essential to reply to emails quickly?
Well, it depends on the type of mail. If email is necessary, then I immediately reply. Otherwise, I reply after some time or some days. 

Q5. Do you prefer to use email or text messaging? 
It depends on the time and situation. Whenever I have some time to complete my task, then I prefer to email because it requires an Internet connection and many other settings, but if I do not have much time, then I use text messaging.
