Secondly, failing to adhere to traffic rules contributes to the waiting period due to traffic.

The government must encourage using public transport instead of personal vehicles because in my state one will hardly find a co-passenger at a car other than the driver. The traffic control department must also implement stringent traffic rules, for example, diverting traffic in peak hours on a particular avenue.
