To be honest, I usually try to find excitement wherever I go, but there is one particular spot that felt absolutely mind-numbing. This place is a small, regional history museum located in a sleepy suburb about two hours away from my city in India.

As I mentioned, it is situated in a remote and rather quiet town. The building itself is an old, crumbling colonial-era structure that looks like it has not been renovated in decades. It is tucked away behind a bustling local market, but ironically, hardly anyone ever visits it.

I went there last summer with my cousin, Rohan. We were on our way to visit some relatives when our car unexpectedly broke down nearby.
