Sample Answer

I know quite a few organized people, but the one who truly stands out is my friend Sonia’s grandfather, Mr. Jaswant Singh.

Who he/she is?

Mr. Jaswant Singh is in his mid-seventies. He is not very tall, but he looks remarkably energetic and smart for his age. He retired as a colonel from the Indian Army, which explains his disciplined personality.

How you knew him/her?

I met him about six months ago when I visited Sonia’s house to work on a college project. Since then, I have interacted with him several times. Every time I visit, I make it a point to sit with him and have a conversation because I always learn something valuable from him.

What plans he/she makes?

What makes him special is that he plans almost every aspect of his life. He prepares weekly schedules for his morning walks, exercise routine, and diet. He even plans grocery shopping and household tasks in advance. Sonia once told me that when the family decides to travel, he plans the entire trip months ahead, including the travel route, accommodation, sightseeing spots, budget, and even weather conditions. Because of his meticulous planning, everything at home runs smoothly, and there is hardly any last-minute confusion.

And explain how you feel about this person?

I genuinely admire him because he proves that age is just a number. Even at this stage of life, he uses technology confidently and manages his time efficiently. His habit of planning ahead reduces stress and saves time for everyone around him. Personally, I feel inspired by his discipline and organizational skills. I hope to develop similar habits in my own life because I believe proper planning can make a huge difference.

Conclusion

Overall, Mr. Jaswant Singh is someone I deeply respect. His structured lifestyle and thoughtful planning have taught me the importance of being organized and prepared in life.

Follow-up Questions (Part 3)

Do you think it’s important to plan ahead?

Yes, planning ahead is very important because it helps avoid unnecessary stress and confusion. When I plan my tasks in advance, I feel more productive and in control of my time.

Do you think children should plan their future careers?

I think children can explore their interests, but planning a fixed career too early may not be practical. Their interests often change as they grow, so it’s better to give them exposure to different fields.

Is making study plans popular among young people?

Yes, especially during exams. Many students prepare timetables to manage their syllabus efficiently. I used to create study plans during my school days, and they helped me stay focused.

Do you think choosing a college major is closely related to a person’s future career?

In some fields like medicine or engineering, the major is directly linked to the career. However, in many other professions, skills and experience matter more than the exact degree. Many people switch fields based on their interests and opportunities.
