Describe a time when you saw something interesting on social media

I would like to talk about a time when I saw something very interesting on social media. This happened around six months ago when I was scrolling through Instagram one evening after finishing my studies.

I came across a video from an Indian chef who posts traditional cooking videos from villages. In that particular video, he was preparing a meal using only natural methods—clay pots, wooden spoons, and firewood.

He cooked simple but delicious dishes like dal, rice, and chapati, and the whole process was filmed beautifully with nature in the background. What impressed me even more was that he explained everything in very clear and simple language, so anyone could try it at home.

Why it was interesting?

I found it really interesting for a few reasons. Firstly, it was very different from the usual fast-food or modern cooking videos I normally see online. This one showed how people used to cook in the past, in a healthy and natural way.

Secondly, it was not only about food—it also gave a glimpse of Indian village culture and traditions, like sitting on the ground to cook and sharing meals with neighbors. I think social media often shows modern lifestyles, so seeing this traditional side felt refreshing.

Another reason it was interesting is that it had a very calming effect. The background music was soft, the sound of cooking on firewood was soothing, and the whole video had a peaceful atmosphere.

After watching it, I actually felt relaxed and motivated to try cooking in a more natural way. In fact, a few days later, I even tried one of the recipes with my mother, and it turned out quite well.
