Question Overview

Topic : Leadership
Type : Opinion

Model Answer

Peace and prosperity are not bound to sex, and in actuality, they are attached to the attributes that leaders have. Hence, I contradict the specified notion that females are far better than men to direct the world.

History informs us that men are better leaders in the duration of judgment, dedication and style. To judge the condition of peace, discrimination between sexes is unfair as the planet’s history is saturated with cases where guys direction diminished chaos around the world, such as in the period of the empire system. The specified opinion includes a battle to what we have got now. The United Kingdom is conducted by Queen that additionally has maintained great prosperity within the nation.

World’s calmness is injured from the damaging use of atomic technologies, differences in faith, poverty and crime rates etcetera. If a boss becomes significant constraint of such conflicting problems, then no matter sex, peace would prevail globally. Care of peace is affected by creating successful foreign relation policies, eliminating poverty, and strengthening capital for destitute states and preventing war. These are actual duties of a pioneer which men women both may perform.

Therefore, I completely disagree with the notion of relating peace into the sex of a pioneer. Both women and men should be given equal opportunities to lead the entire world. It is nothing but a general principle to be followed that individuals who want peace deserve to get seated in significant positions.
