Before beginning the discussion on the death penalty’s essential job or a life sentence, we must consider its meaning, purpose and factors behind the crime. In our society, most people do offences for their requirements and sometimes for fun and also for the satisfaction of the feelings. In my view, if we focus our attention on the causes that place the person on criminal-route, then it will be quite useful to spend the prophylactic measure to stop the happening of crime.
Death punishment is to the extreme of law enforcement, and you will find many measures on the best way to reflect the fear and respect of legislation. Criminals who kill others do so not just for the interest of money, but additional factors like mental illness, depraved emotions, ignorance and cruel tradition also contribute. In case our schooling system detects these underlying factors in youth, then we can convert these lethal segments of society into useful stuff.
Few countries have implemented capital punishment more aggressively, and people over there are very fearful and depressed. Sometimes, influential people take the opportunity to misuse the law against their enemies.
In conclusion, we should spend more education resources, law enforcement on small crimes, and punish small people for minor faults. For heinous offences, the death penalty should be there, but proceeding ought to be very reasonable to avoid human bias.
