What kind of flowers do you know?

I know quite a few types of flowers such as roses, sunflowers, lilies, jasmine, marigolds, and lotus. Each flower has its own beauty, but personally, I like roses the most because they come in many colours and have a very pleasant fragrance.

Are there any flowers that have special meaning in India?

Sample Answer

Yes, many flowers have cultural and religious importance in India. For example, the lotus is considered sacred and is the national flower of India. Marigolds are also very special because they are commonly used in festivals, weddings, and even in temples for decoration and worship.

Yes, I planted a few flowers in small pots on my balcony. I remember planting roses and hibiscus with my mother. Taking care of them, watering them daily, and watching them grow was a very satisfying experience for me.
