Câu trả lời mẫu

I would like to talk about a time when I visited the beautiful city of Jaipur in Rajasthan, India, and why I would love to go there again.

Where the city is?

Jaipur, often called the “Pink City,” is located in the north-western state of Rajasthan. It is about 250 kilometers from New Delhi and is famous for its palaces, forts, and vibrant culture.

When you visited it?

I travelled to Jaipur about two years ago during the winter holidays with my family. We chose December because the weather is pleasant at that time, making it perfect for sightseeing.

What you did there?

During the trip, we explored many historical landmarks such as the Amber Fort, City Palace, and the Hawa Mahal, which is an iconic structure with hundreds of small windows.

We also visited the local bazaars where we bought traditional Rajasthani handicrafts and tasted authentic dishes like dal bati churma and gatte ki sabzi. One evening, we attended a cultural program that showcased Rajasthani folk music and dance, which left a lasting impression on me.

Why you would like to visit it again?

I would like to return to Jaipur because it is a city that blends history and modern life beautifully. There were still several places I couldn’t explore fully, such as Nahargarh Fort at sunset and the Jantar Mantar observatory.

Moreover, the hospitality of the local people and the colorful atmosphere made me feel truly welcome. I also want to revisit the old markets and maybe even attend the famous Jaipur Literature Festival, which I missed last time.

Conclusion

Overall, Jaipur is more than just a tourist destination; it is a living museum of India’s rich culture and heritage. Revisiting it would allow me to experience its charm more deeply and create new memories with my family.

Câu hỏi theo sau (Phần 3)

What factors make a city attractive to tourists?

I think a city becomes attractive when it offers a mix of cultural heritage, good infrastructure, and unique experiences. Historical landmarks, local cuisine, friendly people, and easy transportation all play important roles. For example, Jaipur’s royal forts and colorful markets give tourists both history and entertainment in one place.

Do you think tourism can sometimes have a negative impact on a city?

Yes, tourism can create some challenges. Overcrowding can lead to pollution, damage to historical sites, and a rise in living costs for local residents. In Jaipur, I noticed that some popular monuments were very crowded, and littering was a minor issue. However, with proper regulations and sustainable tourism practices, these problems can be managed.

How has tourism changed over the years in your country?

In India, tourism has become more organized and technology-driven. Earlier, people relied on travel agents, but now most tourists use apps for bookings and guided tours. There’s also a growing awareness of eco-friendly travel, like staying in homestays or participating in heritage walks that benefit local communities.

Would you prefer visiting historical cities or modern metropolitan ones? Why?

Personally, I enjoy historical cities more because they offer stories from the past and a unique culture that modern cities often lack. While metropolitan cities are exciting for shopping and nightlife, historical places like Jaipur give me a sense of connection to tradition and history, which feels more meaningful.
