Personal automobiles have become a vital part of our own life because of many different advantages and flexibility it provides such as easy access to unique amenities and support, security, freedom to travel, and relaxation of their travel. Nonetheless, these advantages have a price tag, and environmental effects and traffic congestions will be the significant concerns. We could enhance our public transport system and boost fuel cost to dissuade individuals not to use automobiles as often as they perform.
The issues connected to the rising car usage is enormous, and its ecological impacts are a fantastic concern for most environmentalists in addition to regular citizens. Automobiles are a vast supply of carbon dioxide emission and greenhouse impacts and not to mention, sound and air pollutions in metropolitan regions all over the globe. Climate change is already impacting millions of people’s lifestyles and damaging the environmental balance, and it is not very comforting to consider what the ever-increasing cars on the streets could do to our world in the long run unless we do anything to undo it. Moreover, private cars will be why we confront heinous traffic jam virtually every day that kills our precious time and negatively impact our productivity.
To deal with these issues, some people today indicate that the authorities must impose a stringent limitation on automobile ownership and increase the taxation on automobile buying to a staggering height. However, because the freedom and versatility of private cars are crucial in our own life, and I am entirely against taking any extreme steps. Instead, we ought to enhance our public transport facility to a beautiful extent so that folks prefer using public trains and buses instead of driving. Another step might be gradually raising the gas cost that would discourage many middle-class individuals from driving and using automobiles. Additionally, carmakers must put money into environment-friendly solar or hydrogen-powered automobiles to decrease the adverse effects of automobiles on the surroundings, and the authorities should enhance the roads to decrease traffic congestions.
In summary, restricting using automobiles overnight may look to be a speedy and efficient alternative, but practically speaking, it is not a suitable solution. We wish to work with cars to the liberty of our liberty but must produce eco-friendly automobiles to lower its harmful effects.
