Q1. How many hours do you usually sleep at night?
Well, I sleep about 6 to 7 hours every day, but the time increased at weekends, and I sleep 8 to 9 hours.

Q2. What time do you go to bed?
Most of the time, I go to bed at 10:30 pm, but due to some extra work, I go to bed late for about an hour.

Q3. Do you go to bed at the same time every day?
No, I do not go to bed at the same time every day; it may vary according to work. Sometimes I finish my work on time, but I also get late due to some extra work, so I go late to bed.

Q4. Do you ever have a nap during the day?
Honestly speaking, I take a nap every day because It is suitable for my health. My mind feels very lighter after taking a nap.

Q5. Do you think sleep is important?
Yes, sleep is essential for everyone, because it not only refresh a person’s mind but improves concentration and productivity.

Q6. Should older people sleep more than children?
Sleep needs change over a person’s lifetime. Grey-haired people get tired very quickly, even performing a simple task because their body is weak than adults and children so, that’s why they sleep more than children.
