Q1. What kind of exercises you do?
Well, I like to do all types of exercise that increase my strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. I do exercise in the morning as well as in the evening time.
Endurance activities increase our breathing and heart rates. It includes jogging, dancing, swimming, climbing stairs or hills.
Strength : strong muscles not only help you stay independent but make you feel active also. It includes lifting weight.
Balance : exercises help prevent falls, which is a common problem in older adults. Lower body strength exercise also improves our balance. It includes standing on one foot, then the other.
Flexibility: stretching can improve your Flexibility
Q2. Do you think children should play sports regularly?
Sports help in children’s development and allow them to learn the fundamentals of good sportsmanship and socialize with others. Moreover, sports are natural stress reliever so I think children should play sports every day.
Q3. What was your favourite sport when you were young?
My favourite sport was chess, but it doesn’t mean that I do not like it now. When I was young, I used to play daily, but now I get time only on weekends.
Q4. Do you like extreme sports?
Yes, I like extreme sports, and my favourite sport is scuba diving, parasailing and water rafting, but the fact is that I do not get a chance to play these types of games till now.
Q5. What kind of exercise are popular in your country?
Well, exercises and sports vary from state to state. Other state people do not play one sport that is popular in one state. I think yoga is the most popular exercise in my country than running, exercising in the gym and brisk walking.
