1. When do you concentrate?
2. Do you find it difficult to concentrate?
3. Do you think you can do two things at the same time?
4. How do you concentrate?
5. What do you do to improve your concentration?

Q1. When do you concentrate?
Well, I have to concentrate when I am doing some important work or studying and during driving.

Q2. Do you find it difficult to concentrate?
Yes, it happens many times because I start two to three tasks at a time to finish my work as soon as possible, but sometimes I do not concentrate even on a single task. There are many reasons behind it, such as noise, difficult task.

Q3. Do you think you can do two things at the same time?
Yes, I do more than one task at a time, but it depends on how simple or difficult the task is; I mean to say if the task is simple, then I start two to three things at a time, but If work is difficult, then I prefer to do one at a time.

Q4. How do you concentrate?
I don’t have any trick or can say I do not follow any method for concentration; I just focus on the work that I am doing and ignore the rest of the things.

Q5. What do you do to improve your concentration?
I try to make sure that the area where I am going to work/ study is peaceful, and I always put my mobile phone in silent mode and shut the door and windows.
