Some people indeed comfortable and well settled in their workplaces, so they do not want to change their work or job, but on the other hand, some people like to change their position after a specific time to get new experience. I would discuss both views, along with my viewpoint, in the upcoming paragraphs.
Thee are many benefits and reasons for sticking to the same job. There are two types of career one is government, and another is private. People feel thrilled if they get a government job, and they do not want to change their work because the government not only give them a good salary but give pension after retirement also. Another reason for which people do not want to change their profession or work is loyalty. Some people are very loyal to the company, and they are more likely to be promoted to higher positions, so that is why they continue their job for a long time. Moreover, people are afraid of unemployment; I mean to say they afraid of if they may not get a new job immediately, then how they handle their family expenses so that they stay on their job and it does not matter they like or dislike the work.
On the other hand, there are many advantages to changing jobs whenever new opportunities present in front of them. The first benefit is it increases creativity, means if a person changes their job and does a different type of work, he/she able to think more creatively/ new ideas that are beneficial for a company. In addition to this, it not only increases their excitement level, but people can get exposure to different working environments also. Another advantage is that people get a chance to earn more money. If people do a job for an organization for several years, but the company does not increase their salary, so it is good to switch to another company which offers them a good salary. People can get a higher position in a new company which the old one did not provide them. Eventually, people get a chance to do that job which they want.
After analyzing both the views, varying jobs should be preferred over others since it can provide better family life and a faster approach to reach a high position in your work-specialization than working at the same place. Thus, it is recommended that the public will keep themselves motivated for different work, which can help them to enjoy their life.

Before, people were more inclined towards working in precisely the same organisation for their whole life. Nowadays, different folks have a diverse opinion about work choices. Some folks prefer working for the same company throughout their lifetime, while others believe in shifting their businesses. Both perspectives will be critiqued before reaching a reasoned conclusion.
On the one hand, there are a group of people who devote their professional life to a single corporation only. The principal reason for after this is the equilibrium that could be achieved only by working in precisely the same spot for a longer time. This will not only allow employees to obtain a thorough understanding of the program but also increase the odds of recognitions and promotions. Thus, it is clear that professional life will be in the advantage if he is employed in the same sector for a lifetime.
This is because these people can get exposure to different working environments, thereby letting them get educated about different systems available on the market. To conclude, this will enable the individual to lead a secure and prosperous personal life.
After analysing both the perspectives, it is apparent that varying jobs ought to be chosen over others as it may provide better family life.
