Question Overview

Topic : Jobs and countries
Type : Opinion

Model Answer 1:

Some people feel that developed nations should permit qualified job seekers that are from developing and underdeveloped countries; however, some others assert that it does not necessarily have to inflict that discretion. This is not a trivial question to answer. As for me, I agree that there should be such consent for locating jobs from wealthy regions for workers that are initially from bad areas based on national cooperation in limiting poverty and mutual advantages point of views.

To start with, fighting poverty is an international responsibility; thus, there should be some concerted efforts between rich and poor regions. Since unemployment might be a significant concern tripping poverty in suburban places, one way to overcome this problem is by producing a joint-partnership with wealthy countries which must allow employees who meet the need for skills and knowledge to work. By applying this discretion, both proficient workers from low regions can be exploited to operate effectively, and they also may learn and develop experiences of how working at a progressive area and can bring back this experience to their source for improvement.

Furthermore, using required and talented individuals from deprived areas can give rise to a mutual advantage between prosperous and poor cities. For thriving cities, this thought can help boost their regional income as knowledgeable human resources are available to operate their mill and other occupation. Meanwhile, for deprived towns, it will help to cope with poverty because skilled citizens can raise their earnings to achieve a better life ahead.

Nature of business and globalisation require wealthy nations to have talented individuals from various areas of the world to understand the client sections of different countries better and to advertise their products and service properly. An organisation such as Google, Microsoft and Samsung have workers from various countries, and other businesses in rich countries should follow this trend as well.

All in all, employing qualified and skilled workers from low areas may be a kind of national comprehension in tackling poverty as well as sharing mutual benefit between rich and developing nations. Life will have a balance when everything is adequate.

Model Answer 2:

Therefore, some people today argue that wealthy countries should provide jobs to talented and wise workers who come from developing countries, which I strongly concur.

There are lots of reasons which affect my view. To, the act of allowing jobs for educated and skilled workers from developing nations by rich countries is considered to be an efficient approach to help the emerging nations, and it is going to strengthen the connection among nations significantly. It is crucial to ensure there will not be an event of war between the nations which may have adverse effects on the people’s lifestyles, by way of instance, it might even cost many innocent lives. By maintaining the close connection between the nations by providing jobs for the employees from emerging nations, the citizens in both countries can live in peace and calmness.

The subsequent factor that supports the idea of offering jobs to employees from developing countries by rich nations is the fact that it might prove useful in helping the developing nations, particularly the third world countries to reduce the instances of poverty. By providing jobs to taxpayers from low states, they can support their family financially when they get back to their home states. Since proverb said, kill two birds with one stone, this activity is thought to be beneficial to both sides, not only it helps the developing nations to tackle poverty and starvation issues, but also helps the rich nations to continue to thrive and thrive in the decades ahead. This is principal because of this reason that the gifted and intelligent employees from developing nations can contribute endlessly to rich countries.

In conclusion, I strongly agree with the concept that wealthy countries should allow jobs for workers from low states that are talented and intelligent because of numerous facets. I feel the developing nations will soon become wealthier so long as the rich nations are willing to give them a helping hand.
