Question Overview
Topic : Parent training
Type : Opinion
Model Answer 1: (Agreement)
Parenting is perhaps the best responsibility of our life and mistakes, and wrong decisions could ruin a household in addition to the future of a kid. Since many young individuals become parents and the number of nuclear households is on the increase, many experts emphasize the value of parenting courses for both moms and dads. I agree with this notion, as I believe that such sessions could be tremendously useful.
To begin with, good parenting needs a lot of wisdom and dedication. Sometimes minor neglect and lack of knowledge may lead to catastrophic outcomes. As an example, if active parents neglect to vaccinate a newborn, that would endanger the offspring’s lifestyle. Similarly, many parents, particularly from the countryside, have absurd superstitions that influence them to make poor choices. If those parents attend a class where experts discuss their opinions on various facets of child fostering and appropriate parenting, then they would be highly benefitted. As an example, my buddy Paula, that became a mom a couple of months back thought that her kid had an issue with digestion and need medical care. However, it was revealed that how she fed her daughter was not correct. I feel that a suitable course that brings out different facets of upbringing a kid, both moral and practical aspects, will save many unexpected situations for recently become parents.
Furthermore, the rising trends of unmarried parents and atomic household lack the specialist view of the grandparents, unlike the past. That is why the need for these parenting sessions has risen even more. Such sessions attract parents together, let them discuss their perspectives, creates a social connection and help people understand the real facts about their private prejudices. This is a terrific way to teach to-be-parents, and newly-become-parents learn more about practical aspects of parenting and also in the broader sense, make a much better society.
To conclude, being informed and educated parents is an essential factor in becoming good parents. Since parenting classes help people in a varied way, it is indeed a good idea for people to take part in these classes.
Model Answer 2: (Disagreement)
Raising a child is regarded as a gorgeous experience by parents, and newly become parents often find it challenging. Though some parents feel that training classes on parenting will help them cultivate their child correctly, I think differently. This essay will argue why it is unnecessary to experience parenting coaching sessions to be able to nurture one’s kid.
In today’s fast-growing globe, parents believe that coaching on parenting and expert advice will help them grow their child in an accountable manner. The reason parents feel the need for these classes is mainly due to the busy lifestyle and the growth of nuclear families. They do not talk to their parents and get advice, nor are they confident enough in their ability to care for their son or daughter. For instance, in India, there are individual institutions which offer full-time courses on parenting, and their demand is rising. Distance from other senior members of their family is the main reason, so many parents turn to these institutions.
However, being a parent is a standard and fantastic experience that does not need any instruction. As soon as a couple enters the phase of parenting, the ability to elevate their kid is born in them. It is just the assurance that is required, and rest is attained gradually. Parenting demands are not the same for everybody, and a predefined path is inadequate for most couples.
To conclude, the parenting capability is inbuilt in every person, and one has to figure out that to increase their child, and this has to achieve through experience. Not from theoretical courses.
