Question Overview

Topic : leaders and conflict
Type : Opinion

Model Answer

Men direct the majority of the world’s countries, and women govern just a few countries. If a government or leadership brings calmness or violence has nothing to do with the gender of the leader.

It is usually considered that women have gentler personality than men in how that they act. It does not guarantee that when a girl leads a nation or a society, they can prevent conflicts, violence or battle from happening because a leader is not the only party tripping or causing disputes. In running her government and choosing a decision or a policy, a lady pioneer cooperates and discusses many other parties, so I don’t feel that her mum figure will come first in coping with various complicated issues her administration is confronting. A pioneer, either female or male, should do it in compliance with the situation. That is the reason I believe that the sex of a pioneer makes no difference in this problem. Female leaders dominated many countries, such as Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The battle and violence improved during their period, which is an obvious sign that a female pioneer can’t guarantee a peaceful society.

Moreover, conflicts often happen due to a leader’s inability or bad leadership skill in running his or her leadership. In any country, leaders’ incapability, regardless of their gender, causes many problems leading to the unsatisfactory of individuals and the decrease in people’s trust level to the authorities, each of which are very likely to result in chaos, struggle, and conflict. I’m convinced that everybody will agree that capability and leadership skill have nothing to do with gender. It is ridiculous to estimate that men have a better capacity in directing an organisation than women or vice versa. No matter how capable the boss is, they won’t execute their government plans to deliver prosperity for their people and satisfy them if they don’t have a good team.

In conclusion, a country’s ability to prevent and prevent conflict and violence depends on the capability of the pioneer, regardless of gender, to run the country. It’s not sensible to mention that guys with their masculinity bring violence. Not one can guarantee that women with their femininity will have the ability to bring peace for people.
