Sample Answer 1:  (Advantages + Disadvantages + I would prefer to live in the university dormitory.)

After becoming admitted to a college, a student should determine where to reside, and this decision seriously affects his academic performance and student life. When most universities provide a home centre for pupils, many elect to reside in an apartment, and this has both advantages and demerits. This informative article probe the benefits and disadvantages of living in another flat than residing from the college supplied residential homes.

Living in an apartment provides many distinct benefits, and the solitude is among these. Even though various pupils share a college dormitory, a person living in an apartment enjoys a lot more freedom and solitude compared to students living in dormitories. He can select a quiet neighbourhood, and this setting is conducive to studying carefully. At length, flats are more extensive compared to the dormitory and students can steer clear of bad influences. As an example, one of my cousins had to move into an apartment after living in a college dormitory for approximately six months, along with his principal reason behind the change was cleanliness.

In the other side, there are several apparent disadvantages of living in a flat instead of residing in a college residence hall. In my country, residing in an apartment is rather expensive while college provides lodging. Secondly, leasing a flat in my town is hard to get a student. The landlord’s favour families within the pupils. What is more, the daily commuting is handy in the college halls while not unaffected by your flats from the college campus. Last but not least, campus remaining pupils have more significant interaction with teachers and seniors.

Though there are lots of benefits of living in a flat, I would instead reside in the college dormitory. I hate to wait from the traffic and as I do not have a vehicle. I would also love to appreciate my college life and remain in contact with my parents, classmates and teachers whenever possible. College life has many items to offer, and I do not need to overlook them.
