Marriage means many responsibilities towards the family, especially for partner. Some people easily handle it: that’s why their relationship runs very smoothly, and for a long time, but some people do not handle the responsibilities’ pressure which affects their relationship. So, some people believe that to get married at a young age is very good because a person receives considerable time to understand their responsibilities and provide more personal and social benefits. At the same time, other opine that to get married before 30 is not a correct decision, and I agree with this view as this can not only increase the rate of divorce and other social problems but also put a financial burden on young people.
There are many reasons for my viewpoint. Firstly, the probability of getting a divorce is high if people get married in their young age because they can not handle the marriage responsibilities and as the result couple misunderstood each other, which spoil their relationship. Broken families can not grow up their children in a healthy environment which affect the children mind. Sometimes children get involved in criminal offences because they do not receive enough support from family. Secondly, it indirectly affects the country’s economic growth. I mean to say due to the stress and weak relationship people lose their confidence and suffering from many health-related problems so, they do not focus on their work and as the result department get lose because of their weak performance which affects nation’s economy.
Another reason is, I believe that getting married at a young age can lead to many problems in women’s life. Sometimes in-laws family do not support their daughter-in-law job, so that’s why sometimes girls have to leave their work after marriage. Still, it brings many financial problems because the whole family’s responsibility comes on one man who not only increase the burden but affect their relationship also. Moreover, many youngsters who are in their twenties are usually people who recently graduated from university/ college. These people who just entered the workforce/join a new job and may not have enough savings, and therefore, they will struggle to financially support the family, especially if they are expecting a newborn.
In conclusion, though it is true that if women give birth in their twenties bear fewer health complications, and the couple gets enough time to understand their relationship, and it is beneficial for society, but it also hurts the individual. So, I am firmly against youngsters getting married in their twenties.
