Model Answer

There have been remarkable changes in people’s lifestyle and eating habits over the past couple of decades. Massive numbers of individuals are more concerned about their health, and they would love to do dieting, exercise, and other physical activities to present themselves in great form. Dieting is the action that’s more practicable in today’s world to decrease body weight. I believe that dieting negatively affects our digestion and immune system and makes us more susceptible to illness.

Many people do dieting to reduce their weight without realizing its harmful impact on their body. Firstly, they will lack physical activities and other functions that require hardworking and strength because they do not have sufficient food to produce the energy required for these activities. Second, low energy within the body will change the immune system that would show less immunity against viruses, and make humans more receptive to diseases.

However, dieting plays a substantial role in controlling obesity, and kids are more attracted to this particular weight loss technique. It helps them reduce weight and makes their bodies seem and finally helps them develop a good shape. In addition to this, dieting helps in the proper working of different organisms in the human body, which is also scientifically demonstrated.

In conclusion, I would like to say that dieting has more disadvantages than outweigh its advantages; individuals who have a nutritious diet and lifestyle have a better life than others. Consequently, dieting impedes the progress of human anatomy and increase the probability of attacking viruses and germs.
