Introduction: Well, there is a wide range of beverages available unfortunately most of these are fizzy drinks which are not healthy but here I would like to talk about my favourite beverage which is Smoothie.
The fact is that sometimes ago I was not feeling well. I was feeling some kind of weakness for which I visited the doctor for consultation and the doctor, diagnosed me with some deficiency of vitamins and recommend me regular intake of fresh fruits.
The unique architecture of this building makes it super special because the prime building is erected right in the middle of the holy pond. Millions of tourists from all different parts of the world visit Amritsar each year to pay their obeisance at the golden temple.
What it is? and Do you buy it or prepare it at home? I am not a fruit lover at all. I don’t like to eat cut and sliced fruits. But rather than forcing me to consume the sliced fruits. My mother prepared a smoothie for me she blended some of the most nutritious fruits together.
And explain why this is your favorite drink. For example, banana, orange, guava, strawberries, apples and others and poured them into a glass the best part is that she topped it with a scoop of my favourite flavour of ice cream.
It was looking so tempting and I must admit that when I tried it I found it extremely delicious as well. After that, it became my habit to consume a glass of a smoothie every and within a month or so time my health revived.
I was no more deficient in any kind of vitamin or other essential mineral but I can say that now it has become my habit to consume a glass of smoothie every day so indirectly I’m having a good amount of fresh fruits every day.
Conclusion: Overall, it is a beverage which is my favorite.
