Introduction: Well, in this fast-paced world, everyone is running short on time, and different people adopt different strategies to save their time.
What it is? Here, I would like to share one thing that I do to better manage my time or something that saves a lot of time of mine. The fact is that I am quite a shopaholic as I love to wear new outfits, footwear and accessories all the time.
Why do you do it? Unfortunately, I live in an area where there are no good markets or places to buy things. For that reason, Earlier, I had to travel to a nearby city with my friends or family on weekends to buy the things I want to.
The city Ludhiana is around 100 kilometres from my hometown. So this way I used to waste around 4 hours just travelling to this place which used to make my shopping experience quite uncomfortable and tiring.
When you usually do it? But some time ago on my friend’s recommendation, I have started to buy things online. He introduced me to Amazon, which is an amazing platform where I can buy almost anything.
The great thing about Amazon is that it has a huge variety. We can buy branded, non-branded, local, and at the same time, international products sitting at the comfort of our homes. As a result, now I don’t have to travel to different places for shopping on weekends.
And explain why you think it saves your time. The best part about buying things online is that f I do not like any product that is delivered, I can get it replace effortlessly. As a result, now I can spend my weekends in a more productive manner.
Conclusion: Overall, this one thing has definitely saved a lot of time, and I highly recommend others who find shopping a time consuming activity to consider buying things online.

Introduction:
Time is the only thing in our life that is truly invaluable.
If we lose money, we can earn it back, if we lose reputation, we can build it back but if we waste time, it is lost forever. We cannot get that time back.
I have learned about the importance of time more and more as I have grown older.
I have realised that because of wasting time, I am not able to fulfil my commitments and I fall back on my work.
What is it? AND When you usually do it?
I do a lot of things to save time but one activity that saves me a lot of time is taking a small 10-15 minute nap whenever I feel tired.
I started doing this, a few years back after I read an article about advantages of taking a nap in a magazine.
Why you do it? and explain how you think it saves your time?
It saves me time as it refreshes me.
After a nap, my mind feels lighter and I am able to finish my work much quicker.
I just close my eyes, keep an alarm and try to lay down.
Earlier it was very hard for me but now I can sleep on cue.
I don’t struggle with it anymore.
The challenging part is getting up but my phone’s alarm clock has been my saviour in this regard.
I do this every four five hours.
If I can’t find a place to lay down, I just close my eyes and try to switch off my brain for 10 mins.
Conclusion:
I have noticed I save time, as I have much more free time.
I am able to finish my work sooner.
I am also less irritated and so I don’t get negative thoughts.
Without any distractions, I am able to concentrate on things better.
