Model Answer:

Introduction:
Well, life is full of joys and sorrows, and I must say there have been many incidents or situations when I felt really disappointed. One such disappointing experience I had around 2-3 years ago.

When it was?
When I tried to buy something online for the very first time. Actually, I was after a pair of sports shoes of the Nike brand. One day, while checking Facebook, I came across an advertisement of a pair of shoes, and it was exactly the same pair I checked out at the store.

Now, I got amazed because the price tag on the advertisement was only Rs. 2000, and it was a limited-time offer. I couldn’t afford to miss the opportunity. So without thinking much or without investigating much, I placed the order, and I had to pay using my credit card, and instantly the payment got deducted.

Now I was waiting for the courier eagerly, and after a couple of days, I received it. I was over the moon when I received it, but I got extremely disappointed.

What happened? and Explain why you felt sad?
When I opened the box because it was entirely a different product. It was a fake product, it was not the original Nike Sports shoes. It was no where near as shown in the brochure or in the advertisement.

Instantly, I tried to catch up with the company to replace or refund the amount that I had paid, but the company denied it. They said that they have no such policy of return or exchange.

I was absolutely disappointed the way they dealt, and they made a fool of me, but I had no one to blame because I didn’t probe enough. Now, I couldn’t do anything because this pair was totally useless for me.

And In fact, it was not even my size. It was a totally different size. So, I ended up giving this pair of shoes to a beggar.

Conclusion:
Overall, I can say that this was a day when I was quite disappointed and sad.
