When and where it was? Here I would like to share a nostalgic memory of a welfare party when I was in 10+2. It is a ritual in every school in my country that a party is organized for the school leavers and we virtually enjoy the freedom to do anything we literally want to do without being afraid of our teachers.
What exactly happened? I vividly remember we all were gracefully dressed up and were looking so dazzling. Lots of arrangements were made to make this day memorable. For example, few students gave performances especially dance and singing to entertain everyone. we also played few games and involved teachers as well.
How did you feel? The best part was to openly call out the funny names of different teachers that we had kept secretly. It was quite hilarious to see the teachers themselves laughing to hear their funny names. We all danced along with the teachers and it was such an amazing moment. A photographer was hired who took photographs of this event particularly the group photo that I still have to recall my school mates and teachers.
Why it is so special for you? To be honest, we all literally cried as we were about to leave the school for good and may never see few faces ever again.
