Model Answer:

Introduction:
Well, very few people are blessed with the virtue of politeness, I don’t consider myself to very polite. But I sometimes use this to manage situations or handle problems.

When it was?
I still remember when I was in 10+2, and I had to complete a group assignment, and there were actually four group members in the group, and we had to complete this assignment in a week time.

We discussed and started our project, and it was the 4th day that we were still nowhere, and it was basically because one of the team members, who was rather the most intelligent guy as well, was not actively participating in it. We were running out of time as most of the other groups had already completed their assignment.

With whom? and What exactly was the situation?
My other team members were really very annoyed with this Friend and wanted to teach him a lesson, but at that time I thought that we should rather handle this situation with politeness, we invited our friend to a cafe and there we ordered a coffee for him, and during that time, we discussed our problem with him. We tried to make him realise how important he is for the team, and how dearly we need his help to complete this assignment.

How politeness help you to manage?
He really realized his mistake and he felt sorry for that as well, and after that, he put his efforts to help us in completing the assignment, and we were able to finish our work in time.

Conclusion:
Overall, just because of handling this matter politely, we could able to get the help of our friend and complete the assignment in time.
