Model Answer 1:

Introducation:
Well, it is not uncommon to see people setting new year resolution with great enthusiasm and excitement, however, most of these turn out to be flop show. I too made a resolution this year and so far, it is going pretty well.

What is the resolution?
The resolution that I made is to restrict my use of the mobile phone.

The fact is that like many others I am too addicted to this device and can’t live without it. This addiction was so bad that I was wasting my precious hours playing games on my smartphone, surfing the internet, using social networking apps and others. I used to keep playing till midnight because of which I was compromising with my study and sleep.

Why you made this resolution?
I became a victim of insomnia and my academic performance was badly affected and on my mother’s recommendation, I made the resolution on 1st January this year that I will limit my use of this device and will try to keep it at distance as much as possible. It was not easy at all for the first couple of weeks but now I could easily manage without it.

How will you complete it? and How you feel about it?
The best thing is rather than playing on the machine now I join my friends in the playground which helps me to remain physically fit and active.

In addition, I switch off my mobile at sharp 9 pm and after studying for some time I hit the pillow. Now, I take a sleep of 8 hours daily which is crucial for my mental health and my academic performance is also improving.

Conclusion:
Overall, I am grateful to my mother to help me decide the resolution for this year.

Model Answer 2:

Introducation
Resolution is a promise to do something different in the NewYear. For example, exercise regularly, save money, find a job, and help the poor. Today, most people have a resolution, but few can maintain it.

I also make resolutions every year, which I haven’t been able to do for several years, but now I’m working hard to implemental! the resolutions.

What is the resolution Why you made this resolution?
The resolution is for me to create a savings plan. Even if you have very little money left each week, investing it in your savings plan can benefit you in the long run. As we all know, all countries suffer from coronavirus.

Many have lost their jobs in the last two years. Some of my friends experienced it, but a few of them had enough money and they survived easily, but because one of my friends didn’t save money for the future, He suffered from many problems. I learned a lot from that time and that is why I made this resolution.

How will you complete it? and How you feel about it?
I recently completed my graduation in mathematics. I am currently teaching classes from 6th grade to 12th grade at home.I earn about 15,000 every month.

I give my mother some money and save some money in my bank account. I am happy because I am fulfilling my purpose by securing my future.

Model Answer 3:

Introduction:

  • People love to celebrate the new year by going to parties or spending time with family and friends.
  • Also, the new year makes people think about the future and how can they make it better than the year before.

What is the resolution?

  • One common way for people to do this is by making New year resolutions.
  • It is usually a promise to achieve a new goal or make a change in their life.
  • I have also made many new year resolutions in the past, only to break them a few days later.
  • But this year I have kept a resolution which I think is more practical and I should be able to achieve it.
  • My resolution is about health and fitness.

How will you complete it?

  • For my fitness I have decided that I will do a 5 km walk or run atl east 4 times a week, which is equivalent to 30 minutes of exercise.
  • And for my health I have decided to reduce the amount of junk food that I consume and completely eliminate the consumption of carbonated drinks from diet, which I think is the most difficult part of my resolution.
  • To track my resolution, I have installed a fitness app on my phone.
  • It is called strava.
  • This app gives me reminders about the run activities that I need to complete and also tracks my performance.
  • I can monitor my heart rate and running speed with the help of this app.
  • It also connects me with the people in my neighborhood who are looking for partners to exercise with.
  • So far, I have connected with 3 people in my society and we are regularly going for evening walks.
  • In fact, sometime we over achieve our weekly goal.

Why you made this resolution?

  • I made this resolution because I think health is one of the most important aspects of our life and in this modern lifestyle people are often ignoring it.
  • Later on, they suffer from many diseases and are not able to enjoy life.

How you feel about it?

  • I feel really good after completing my fitness goals every day, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and also takes the stress away from life.
