Model Answer:

Introduction:
Well, there is no end to the stories of people who fall in love with each other, and often they get married as well.

Who’s story is this?
I know many who got married with their first love. But here I would take this opportunity to talk about my cousin, Simran, who met a girl while studying at a college, and later they fall in love and got married.

When and how you learned about it?
Their love story is quite unique and interesting; the fact is that my cousin is a Punjabi, and the girl he met is from Karela, Ananya. Although they both are from different cultures and follow different religions, they have a lot in common. For example, their mental capability, I can say, their common interest, for example, both of them love traveling, reading books, photography especially the wildlife photography and things like that so then they decided that they would get married, but inter-caste or inter-state is quite a big issue in my country, and their parents were not in agreement of their decision. However, instead of going against their parent’s wish, they decided that they will somehow convince their parents. It definitely took a long time to convince their parents, but finally, they agreed with their decision because they made them understand that they had made the right choice.

How do you feel about it?
Now it has been more than 3 years they got married, and they have a baby too, and they respect each other’s culture and social values. Their parents also have accepted each other. For example, last month, my cousin’s family visited Karela, where they were warmly welcomed. And received a lot of respect, and I must say that this marriage has brought two different states of India together, and seeing the success of this marriage, the society has stopped raising questions.

Conclusion:
And I believe more and more marriages like these would help to change the perception of society, and In future, youngsters would be able to marry their love or the partners of their choice without any social pressure.

Model Answer:

Introduction:
I think life partners can create and destroy life. Therefore, it is important to choose the right life partner. In a love marriage, this is possible because people know each other well before marriage. It makes their life heaven. Today, I would like to talk about my friend’s love story.

Who’s story is this?
During graduation, I used to live in the hostel. I shared a room with a girl who belonged to Himachal. She was doing her bachelor of science degree. One of her classmates liked her and she liked him too.

When and how you learned about it?
I came to know about this when my friend requested me to suggest whether it is the right time to tell about their relationship with their parents or not. It was the final year of their studies. So I suggested that they should tell everything to their parents.

Both are from the same community and is financially strong but the problem was that her boyfriend is from Punjab and she belongs to Himanchal. Her family was not ready to get their daughter married so far. They kept patience and was trying to convince their parents. Her parents agreed but kept a condition that the boy would stay in Chandigarh because this location is only 200km away from their house which is about 2 to3 hours distance.

How do you feel about it?
I was very happy because I was going to attend a love marriage for the first time in my life Everyone was very happy and was giving them blessings.
